Need help getting started...help

I am looking to start my healthy eating / weight loss journey. I don't know where to start, I never really exercise & eat unhealthy. I'm looking to change all of that this, I did buy 30 day shred! I'm also looking into starting meal prepping, planning meals ahead of time. I can admit that I'm always on the go and I eat a lot of fast food and snacks (sweet, salty). So any advice??
