                    Tomorrow I'm full on with starting to lose weight again. So today was my last day where I gave myself permission to eat what I want and as much as I want. 
Wish me luck! :flowerforyou: I know I've posted another post asking for friends, but I'd like to ask in this one again. I'd like some people who look at my diary and actually lecture me a little if I go over too far. A little tough love would be good motivation.

            I know this probably won't be what you want to hear... but why not start now?
The mentality of "I'm starting tomorrow" seems to make people feel good in the moment, but when tomorrow comes and there's an obstacle they put it off until the next day, and then the next, and then the next.
The best thing you can do is to start NOW. Why do you need a "binge day"? MFP lets you have what you want but in reasonable amounts. I mean, how much of that bag of chips do you actually taste? Why not have a serving and stop? You'll get the same reward without the bad feelings after.0 - 
            I know this probably won't be what you want to hear... but why not start now?

I don't need one...but some days I just have one. Like sometimes when you have a weak willpower moment, I have weak willpower days. I didn't plan it, it just happened.

Start now. Go get a workout in. You might have eaten all your meals for today, but if you're awake and typing on MFP, you could be getting some exercise right now.0 -

Fine I'll get on my old broken stationary bike while I'm typing :P...
I should actually really. We did weight training for arms today. I need to stretch to avoid doms, can't stretch cold muscles. So thanks for the reminder. :flowerforyou:0
