Hey all! Was just wondering how to get past the few pounds of water weight I keep losing and gaining? Can't seem to get past a 2-week stretch... Any suggestions???

Double check your calories and deficit and drink more water.0

since your diary is closed it's hard to say....
do you use a food scale to weigh solids? measure liquids? log accurately and consistently? which means everything using correct entries?0 -
