Rice Weight

Hello guys I want to fit my carb macro but I am confused with rice weight when I cook it. So I have White Rice long-grain. I take one full cup of rice, pour it in the cooker then I add 2 full cups of Water ( From What I have read 1:2 ratio rice/water is the one that should be used for long-grain) and then I turn the heat on and when the water comes to a boil I turn the heat down to a simmer and wait for it to be done. Let's say that the one cup raw rice I have put is a CERTAIN amount and when the rice is boiled and ready it is a DIFFERENT CERTAIN amount (larger). Let's say the raw product is 200 grams and when it is ready it is 600 grams. According to Google and other sites (Calorie Counter; Calorie King) per 100 grams of COOKED white long-grain rice the amount of carbohydrates is 30. So with a 1:2 rice/water ration fully boiled I am looking at 6x30 carbohydrates (600 grams in my example) = 180 carbohydrates? So the nutrition info I get from Google for 100 grams of cooked rice (130 calories ; 30 carbohydrates) is for my READY fully boiled rice ? That would mean that my 200 grams raw that turned into 600 grams cooked are 180 carbohydrates ? (Note that my example with 200/600 is one I made up just for the example). Thanks

If 100 gr of cooked rice is 130/30 then weight you cooked rice and calculate how many cal / carbs you will have!?0

Does that take into account the water absorbed because of the boiling and I hope cooked for them means boiled because I onlw boiled the rice and eat it directly0

1 outré or 1 gallon - calories / macros will remain the same0

So only boiling my rice for Google means cook ? So, let's say I put an unknown quantity of rice and boiled it with 1:2 rice/water ratio. When it is ready let's say I have 300 grams of rice. In order to fit my macro I have to have 60 carbs in this meal - so according to google White Rice cooked per 100 grams 28 carbs - so that would mean for my macro goal I need to take about 200 grams of that rice and eat it ?0

Always weigh your rice (and any other food) raw, dry, uncooked, etc.0

So raw rice per 100 grams is 80 carbohydrates so to if I want to fit my macro with 80 carbs in the meal I just weigh 100 grams raw rice put it in a cooker , put 200 grams of water and then no matter how much it is in boiled weight I eat the whole rice0

Yes, use the calories/macros from the dry rice --- it doesn't matter how much water you add ... some people like drier rice, some like wetter.0
