Have you found that there are some foods that have now become a regular presence in your pantry or fridge since you have embarked in this journey to health? Foods that were really never part of your grocery store list before?
These are my staple foods that have to be readily available to me now. Other than the chicken breast, I never really purchased any of these on a regular basis. Now I cannot live without them.
- Celery
- Dole peach fruit cups
- Granola bars
- Oatmeal
- Apples
- Yogurt
- Eggplant
- Salsa *** YUMMM
- Almonds, Pistachios
- Hummus
- Laughing cow cheese
What are some of yours?

I have a protein shake as a snack everyday because A. It gives me the extra protein I need to meet my daily macro goals, and B. It tastes amazing like a milkshake and it feels like a daily treat0 -

Goat Cheese
Most of my other staple items have pretty much stayed the same, I just buy more of some things and less of others. I initially bought the goat cheese from Costco as a replacement for cream cheese and now I put it on everything.0 -
