I joined this summer with my husband, but he finds it difficult keeping track of everything. So I am on my own now!

My goal is to lose 35lbs by next summer. :smile:

  • I wish you all the luck there is, I also joined earlier this year with a friend and then i moved and am on my own, I quit for a couple of months and am now back in the gym and working hard in the kitchen, its frustrating but remember you are doing it for you and you alone, and that should be worth the extra effort it takes,
    I started working out at the gym again 4 weeks ago, i know not every one has several hours a day to work out, I go for 2-3 hours a day,, I start at 8 am Mon. through Fri, and i work really hard on my eating, . I just started using fitness pall again this week, i tried a couple of weeks ago and just not into it, this week is a turning point for me,

    Even though he's not using MFP he'l stil eat whatever you put together right. Even if he doesn't watch what he eats so closely I hope he's behind you 100% in your own weight loss plan. Welcome to the site. Alot of members will give any encouragement and advice you need
