List of proteins, carbs & fats to help macros?

Hi all,

I've been using MFP to monitor my macro nutrients. Along with my weight training and cardio I've managed to shift body fat and build noticeable muscle up. I'm happy with the result so far, but I'm always looking to improve.

I've really got the hang of the macronutrients but the one thing that would help me is if I had a list in my kitchen of proteins, carbs and fats. I already have a good idea, but it would help with meal planning to give me an idea of what to have if I could just look over a list of foods in each group to come up with an idea.

So I'm looking for something that lists portents, fats, carbs in separate columns or similar. If it doesn't exist I'll create one myself, a kind of todo or shopping list that will help me think that little quicker and be a little more creative when planning my meals out.

Any ideas or recommendations anyone?

    Exactly what I want, too :smile: would make it so much easier to be able to quickly refer to that when grabbing a quick bite or preparing a meal.
