My first day of my low cal, gluten free diet

Today is my first day of dieting to lose weight, but in addition to dieting in order to lose 120 lbs, I also am cutting out gluten to see if it helps me feel better and gain a little energy and not be sooooo stiff and inflamed all the time.
Normally I go throughout the day never hungry. It isn't the fact that I eat ALOT that got me to this weight. It's the fact that I eat stuff that is high in processed sugar and lots of bad carbs. So, someone please explain to me why I'm suddenly starved to death all day long today? I'm super stoked and super nervous at the same time. I need this change sooo much for my health, so I have to stick with it. Any suggestions, I'd appreciate greatly!

Remember that you need to eat food: protein, veggies, fats and oils, fruits. Drink fluids.
After three days or so you will feel better. A big drastic change you describe can make someone feel crummy in the beginning.
