well were do i start, i'm a 49 year old male from Australia was always fit till a back operation which after i piled the weight on.
I am 6 foot 1 inch and at present weigh 112 kg at last weigh in. my weight has been up to 120kg thats when i decided to do something.
i found this site it is quiet amazing i can't believe how much of the right foods you can eat.
i am also doing 1 hour 10 minutes 7 days a week on a treadmill with sppeds ranging from 6kph to 8 kph and incline from 3% to 12%
the thing is that with the exercise credits i find it hard to eat my alloted colories for the day let alone the bonus excersise ones lol.

  • Just listen to your body. I do find that on some days if I try to eat my exercise calories too, I just don't have room. Don't force feed yourself. Your body will tell you what it needs (sometimes we confuse that with what we want). I typically eat a can of tuna every day for my last break at work. It's not very much food and as far as quantity and I don't bring that much with me as far as lunch. But, sometimes I find that I can only eat half of the can of tuna...I'm just full and not hungry. So instead of making myself eat I just put the rest back in the fridge and eat it tomorrow :)

Hi! Welcome to MFP! This is a great site. It's amazing how many calories and how much sodium is in the foods I used to eat. If you are looking for some buddies feel free to add me.
