Anyone do 30 day shred but not everyday?

I have the 30 day shred, but doing it everyday in my house is nearly impossible. I could do it Monday morn., Wed., Friday, and possibly over the weekend. Just wondering if anyone does it but not everyday and how is it working for you?

    I normally do it maybe 2-3 times a week as my strength (off running days). I still feel the burn in fact I did it last night and my arms, quads and abs are quite tight!!! It is a good burn and nice to help tone.

    When I first started it this summer I was doing it 3 to 4x a week.
    Now I do it a couple times a week. But I do other work outs on the other days.
