Exercise Ideas?

I would really like to start exercising more. But I'm unsure what I can do.
For awhile, I was doing the 30 Day Shred DVD, and that was good, but I just would like some ideas on exercises I can do?

I would like to focus on fat loss/gaining muscle mass perhaps?

I'm down 40 pounds, and have 55 more to go until my goal weight.

Any ideas?
