11 TO 12 MONTH JOURNEY!

hello,
my name jean and me and a friend have decided while back (up to a month ago) that we were to motivate each other to lose weight so we can be healthy, have confident, feel good about ourselves. plus we want to look good on the trip next summer.
;)

so far since July 13th, I am down 8 pounds. that with light exercise and limiting pop. My friend and I have been walking too. it could be at a park on the trail walks or just at the mall, sometimes we just go walking around Walmart stores and browse and walk around.

I am currently at 207 pounds. I did swore to myself I wont be over 200 pounds and here I am at over 200. =( my LONG TERM goal I want to get to is 125 to 130. if cannot I still be satisfy at 130 to 140.

    That is great that you are working and seem to be starting out slow, cutting pop out is always a good thing. There is a lot of info on here and support if you are looking for that.
    Just one thing, you have as your title "11 to 12 month journey". I am not sure what you mean by that, but this is a lifetime journey, you have to have the mindset that this has to be something that you do for the rest of your life or the weight will just come back on. And I do talk from experience. That is why it is easier to start slow, and to do it your way, a way that can be for a lifetime.
