Starting tomorrow December 1st. Let's start the 12 days of fitness.Below is a list at a beginner intermediate and advanced level items. Pick and accomplish one task each day.

Beginner
Walk 2 miles
20 push ups
20 squats
jump rope 5 minutes
30 crunches
bike ride 30 minutes
20 lunges
20 second plank
climb 3 flights of stairs
20 minutes of weight training
30 second wall sit
20 each - push up, squat, lunge

Intermediate
Jog 1 mile
30 push ups
30 squats
jump rope 10 minutes
50 crunches
bike ride 45 minutes
30 lunges
30 second plank
climb 8 flights of stairs
40 minutes of weight training
45 second wall sit
30 each - push up, squat, lunge


Advanced
Run 2 miles
50 push ups
50 squats
jump rope 30 minutes
100 crunches
spinning class
50 lunges
45 second plank
climb 15 flights of stairs
60 minutes of weight training
60 second wall sit
50 each - push up, squat, lunge
