Hi all...I just finished chest and back day 1 of P90X plus the Ab Ripper X with my oldest son. We burned about 375 cals in an hour, which is not too bad, but I sure hate push-up day:grumble: He is going to do it with me while my class is on break until January 10. Hopefully we can stick with it. I'll talk to y'all tomorrow.
