I like eating a lot of protein and I am always over on my protein intake for MFP but I stay right at my calorie intake but I do stay way under on my carb intake. I am wondering is too much protein bad for you?
I also am doing stroller strides it is kind of like a crossfit thing for mom's with children in strollers. I enter in my workout but I do not eat my calories, but I do eat the extra protein and most days going over the protein mark of what MFP says I should eat.
Thank you

If you want to use the macro markers in MFP, I would suggest checking to make sure yours are appropriate goals. I don't know how yours are set but I've had to adjust mine (you can do so in goals) because it was saying I only needed something like 50g of protein a day - that's not even half a gram per pound of lean muscle mass I have, so it was way off. I aim for just under to right at 1 gram per lean muscle mass and if I go over a bit, it's not a big deal.0

The usual recommended range is between 1 and 1.3g of protein per kg of body mass.
As for the maximum:
"For healthy people, a recent study suggested a maximum intake of 2 to 2.5 g/kg of body weight per day, totalling 176 g of protein per day for an 80-kg (176-lb) individual consuming approximately 2,900 kcal daily.16 This translates to about 25% of calories from protein within the range of 10% to 35% recommended by the 2010 Dietary Guidelines for Americans, and the maximum of 35% by the acceptable macro-nutrient distribution range. I don't see why it would be.
The only times I've seen "Too much protein" being listed as bad, is when it was connected with studies about a diet consisting solely of red meat.0 -
Unless you have kidney problems, you should be fine. Check this video about protein myths out.
