AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRGGGHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!! ALMOST made it through the day relatively intake, till I went to the kitchen to get a glass of water and found AN OPEN BOWL OF CHOCOLATE COVERED ALMONDS!!!!!!!!! What the hell???? I'm already struggling so much this week, and I just couldn't pass them up, so now I'm waaaaay over my daily total. And its almost 1am so its way too late to try to exercise them off. Bloody hell!!!!!!!!!!

There is liberty in throwing them out:) Workout a few minutes longer, at a higher intensity, for the next few days, and you'll forget it ever happened. Friday night, I told my husband that I wanted Subway for supper, he chose to go to Long John Silver's, I didn't argue, and ate it anyway. Boy, did I get sick. I chalked it up to a lesson learned. I won't be eating that stuff any time soon. Saturday, instead of a four mile walk, I walked/jogged six. It is okay to enjoy chocolate covered almond, just find a balance. Tomorrow is a new day, a new beginning! You can do this!!
