hey my friend had advent calendars for his dog. I bought this fazer premium milk chocolates for half prize, ate 12pieces and was left with 24. I only found a no sweets until Christmas and someone homemaking them, and some don't even celebrate xmas. Have you got yours?
(I read 100extra calories per day isn't dangerous so why not 40kcal for few weeks)

12 squares of your candy is only 100 cals? wow  that's pretty low but I guess I don't really know how big the bar is (looks huge in the picture):drinker:

I eat 1-2 squares every so often and I seem to do better, moderating it that way so I don't get cravings later and go overboard. :frown: I usually also stick to dark chocolate for the same reason....

But hey if you can eat 12 pieces a day and drop the weight...go for it! It simply wasn't something I did when I started out on here because I cut out sugars and junk food for quite awhile to break the cravings..:flowerforyou:

100g is 555kcal. One is 40kcal. It is 1/4 kg bar.
I meant 100calories extra in a day isn't a lot of weight gain.
I was hungry.. ->The worst reason to eat it. Maybe full of antioxidants..

I eat 10 squares of chocolate everyday and have done so since i started, my weight loss is slow but steady. My reasoning is I don't want to deprive myself of a little bit of good stuff, this is the way I will eat forever not just till I get to my "goal weight" whatever that is. Go for it!

12 pieces is 2,5 oz. 500 calories. Someone eats a bar every day? That is a pound every week!
