Left over calories

I'm having a little trouble meeting my calorie limit on some days. My work schedule doesn't always allow me to eat lunch and on those days I'm always under for calorie intake required. If you have left over calories can they be added to the following days calorie limit?

I am pretty sure you can play around with the calories a bit. After all, it is 3500 calories to a pound, regardless of what day you consume them. Be careful about going in to fat conservation mode, though, if you are under 1000 calories a day. When I am under, I drink a glas of milk. I figure that it gives me some much needed calcium and other good things. Good luck with your journey.0

Thanks, the milk thing is a good idea, I'm going to try that.0

I wouldn't eat them on other days. You don't exactly want to roll calories over. Why don't you bring a protein bar with you on the days you can't eat lunch? If you are only coming up short by 200 or fewer calories you will probably be ok. But you should try to eat your daily number. If you are exercising. It is important to eat that number.0
