Ideas?
I got my sleep all screwed up on Black Friday, going out shopping at midnight, getting home at about 3:30 and going to bed around 5. Saturday nor Sunday I wasn't too worried about it, but now I'm trying to get back on track and its not working. I tried *really* hard to go to bed before 2 a.m. last night (esp. since I have to get up and get my son to school) and it's just not happening. Although I've gotten up every morning but Monday, I'm so tired I come back home and go back to bed and sleep until noon. Then of course, I can't sleep until 3 a.m. (I've been laying in bed, tossing and turning until then).
Today will be especially ridiculous as I have to get him from school just a few minutes early to drop him off somewhere while I go to class from 4:15-9 pm adn in order to manage that, I MUST have more than the 3-4 hours I've gotten so far (alot of driving). I'm not risking a late night accident because I'm too tired to drive..... but I'm also not being as productive as I should be.
grr.

try not to nap during the day for a couple weeks so you can get to bed at a decent hour and sleep through the night0

I don't nap.
I get up between 11 & 12 and can't sleep until 2-3 a.m. I get up at 7:30 to take my son to the bus and come home and go back to bed, as I've only had 4-5 hours by then. 10 hours is alot for me though. A whole lot. Hmmm....0
