Water weight

What's the best way in getting off water weight? I have put on 3 lbs since my night off Sunday. (I am assuming/hoping this is water weight!!). Thanks.

    Drinking more water and getting a good sweat on seem to work for me. Also be mindful of the sodium intake.

    Increase potassium rich foods. Also Try Coconut water which is great for potassium ,can rehydrate you but also drop some of the water weight. You may have to experiment to find one you like as I find some taste like socks. My personal favorite is C2O but in a pinch I will drink someof the others just make sure its not from concentrate
