Hello from Houston

Hello Everyone!

I joined in September, but haven't really been active here. I've lost 14.5 pounds with 95.5 to go. In mid-November, I made some small changes that have helped the goal:

1. Stopped drinking soda completely. I was practically a soda addict and it's really helped to switch to tea, water, and 100% fresh squeezed Orange Juice.

2. Started eating oatmeal more often.

3. Bought the 100-calorie popcorn individual snack packs. It's a great snack and makes me feel like I'm getting a treat.

4. Eating natural applesauce.

I look forward to continuing this journey with all of you!
