    I don't know if they actually call it spaghetti squash or something else but in case you don't know what it looks like it is a big bright yellow oval of a hard squash....maybe about the size of a football or bigger.

    I LOVE spaghetti squash but my partner is ambivilant about it. She gets disappointed that it doesn't taste like pasta and is too watery. Maybe I'll try this to get her mind off the whole "spaghetti" aspect. Sounds delicious!
