Getting started again

I am looking for support. I just have to get it right this time around. I am a grandmother, retired teacher, avid dancer (square and ballroom). My hubby is and has always been a healthy eater and exercise advocate who can wear his wedding suit to this day. I do believe he has saved my life by being a good example. I just cannot seem to get away from the sweet stuff. I am also looking for some diet program that uses food I can buy in a grocery store, not a packaged program that I would never be able to follow long term.
It seems like long ago that I joined and unjoined. I cannot remember if there was an app on my phone to scan food packages. Is there one or am I just not remembering correctly?

Yes, the App has the ability to do bar code scans. Once you add a food, at the bottom of the screen(on your phone) you will see a small bar code icon. When you press that, line your camera up with the bar code and after a short period of time it will show your the details. best thing, it add the food to your regular used items so you have it for future use.0
