New Goal Weight Questions

Hey everyone,
Having some issues trying to figure out a new goal weight (or if I even need to have one) so advice is appreciated. The short version is I hit my original weight loss goal January 1 after spending 7 months trying to get there. My fitness routine changed in February as I added a basic strength training routine and then picked up my running schedule. In May I added a more intense weight lifting routine and in June I began my marathon training (my Sunday long runs so far have been 10, 12, 14, 10 miles over the last four weeks).

My issue in bullet point form:
-DIdn't weigh myself a lot over the past couple of months and only have taken one measurement (arms) to see my growth. I've noticed a big difference in pictures from January to now in my appearance from weight training.

-When I hit my goal weight in January I bought a bunch of new clothes. I'm still a 36 waist since then but I'm also 25-30 lbs heavier since I first bought them. Pants fit just about the same since I got them and my shirts fit fine still around my stomach so it doesn't seem to have been weight gained in areas beyond where I was expecting it to go.

-After my runs I try to eat back the calories that I burned so I don't lose weight. I tend to eat nutrient-rich, healthy options 85-90% of the week. Sometimes, after a huge run, it helps to just eat higher calorie foods :)

So I think I need to be more consistent with weighing myself but I'm not sure what I need to do for a new goal weight or if I even need one. My goal isn't to lose weight anymore- it's to stay healthy and in shape with my running and keep building muscle. Should a goal weight even be my barometer?

Thanks
