I hauled out my juicer this morning to start incorporating juices into my daily calorie count. I am not sure how I would count the calories. Do I do a "new recipe" and put in what I used and quantity to form the calorie count? My particular juicer doesn't keep much for fibre pulp so I would have to exclude the fibre. Any suggestions or am I on the right path?

That's a great question. Not sure how you would l count it, Yes by juicing you are loosing the fibrous parts, but you are still getting the nutrients. A V8 drink is 70 calories for 11oz, so there has to be a way to count it. Just to be safe I would count it all, which means at worse you will be that much under on calories for the day.0
