Hi. Although I signed up ages ago, I am new to using the site.

I decided I need to sort myself out after reading a post by Daniel Wheeler on facebook yesterday and realising that it pretty much described me! However, I cant really afford his prices so decided I needed to find another way around this.

So here I am...

    Why hello! I think this is a great place to start. Once you get in the swing of using it you will love it. It really keeps me on point with my calories/diet. I encourage everyone to use it!! Good luck on your journey!

    Thanks all. Just downloading the app for my phone so hopefully the app, the forums and other factors (work etc) allow me to really give it a go and let me achieve what I want.
