I'm new here, I've been using the iphone app for about a week now and just discovered the boards, I love it!
I'm 26 and live in Nova Scotia Canada!! any other Canadians on here??![:) :)](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/smile.png)
I've been married for 6 months, but we have been together for 7 years, he's truely my best freind and biggest supporter.
no kids yet, but a 4 year old Boston Terrier named Tyson.
I've been on weight watchers, and lost 50lbs 3 years ago, ..... BUT gained back 35 of those lbs in the past 2 years.
I'm looking to lose the weight once and for all, I also would like to be in the best shape of my life for when we decide to have a family. My goal date is April 1st, (trip south!!! BIKINI) and I'm looking to loose 10lbs a month.. I know I can do it... does this seem reasonable to you?
I lost 3lbs in my first week on MFP
thanks everyone, feel free to add me as friend....

Yep that definitely sounds reasonable. I lost my 17 lbs in 6 weeks all while following the recommended calorie intale MFP gave me. Just remember to log everything to keep yourself accountable and drink lots of water. Good luck to you!!!!!!0
