Figuring "It" Out

I worked really hard to lose an extra 20 lbs starting 5 years ago. Suddenly, I found myself 20 lbs heavier than the original, with 40 to go. It's been a struggle, mostly internal, of course, BUT I THINK, I GOT IT!
I have a great support system that I don't utilize to the fullest: BFF, BF, couple of co-workers (who are all dietitians), cheap gym membership, high energy dog, and a treadmill w/ 400 + channels-DVD player & VCR (for my old 21 Jumpstreet tapes). OH, AND I come from a medical background, including myself. There is NO REASON for me not to succeed, except for myself.
I'm getting to it-the past few days were interesting- I GAINED 8 POUNDS, seriously. But since half if it is gone already, I'm attributing in to our good friend salt. I reached the "how bad do you want it" this morning. I slept badly, worse than usual. I got up an hour &15 min later than I wanted. So no gym, BUT I did a quick "potty" lap w/ my dog (half mile) & hopped on my treadmill & RAN 2 miles. Now I'm walking my dog for his AM 2 miles. And I'm getting a lift to my commuter train. I do want "it" bad.
I'm proud of & inspired by everyone here also working toward "it": good health & weight loss!

Try to be consistent with logging your intake. Also consider some high intensity cardio.0
