Here we go!

Morning,

Well here I am starting my journey to a healthier lifestyle. I am really diving in head first into this new way of life. I am starting at 267 ilbs and only 5"3. I am tired of being overweight and having no energy. I am starting my journey with a vegan diet. I watch the documentary forks over knives and really had this wake up call. I actually started yesterday 8/4/14 and made it through one full day.

I just now started using this website. I have been working out in the morning before work. I found on my roku these 30 min cardio and strength videos that I can follow. I feel like im dying. Everyone says how wonderful working out is. But I am at work sitting at my desk feeling very sore. I hate moving. I hope my outlook will change as time goes on. I really hope things get better.

I have been a huge coke drinker and dying from giving that up. I just quit cold turkey but I think I'm getting headaches from not have my daily caffeine. I am trying all new meals such as this morning I hade these whole foods cheerios with no sugar all wheat stuff with almond milk and was surprised I like it.

Anyways I am going on and on and just felt that if I posted something it would help me tell the world that yeah I am fat am doing something about it. I am really trying to stay motivated. I want that energy more than anything.
