FRIENDS OR COACH WANTED

I'm looking for some new support friends or an experienced coach who will be honest with me as I try to get back into shape. I'm looking to drop my body fat by about 10% and am doing HIIT workouts with some strength training (alternating days). I eat a version of paleo/primal (not super strict but I don't eat breads, rolls, sweets, etc.... more like my version of a paleo/primal diet).
