NO CHANGE IN 2months

I've been going to the gym for about 1 month now and before that was exercising at home, hadn't weighed myself since June and weighed myself this morning and I've only lost 3lbs and 2inches which I thought was very rubbish for eating well and exercising 5 times a week! What am I doing wrong?
