Well, I am not exactly new. I did some stuff on this site last summer but I was terrible at it. One of my closest friends send me a picture of herself in a new dress and she had dropped a visible amount of weight. She swore that using one of these sites made a huge difference for her so I've decided to give it a real shot this time around.
Anyway, I am Tracy, I'm 28, from Seattle, newly married (September 2013!!! ) and looking to drop 70 or 80 lbs. My weight is the most it has ever been. I was pretty happy with myself when I met my husband about 5 years ago but we have both put on quite a bit of weight since we have been together. The one bonus he has going for him is that he has a physical job so he burns more calories in a day than I do. We have both been working for a couple months but we aren't seeing the results we had hoped for so it is time to step up the effort.
My profile pic is from about three years ago. I have managed to gain a lot of my weight since then. I really wish I looked like that still so I figure using it as my profile picture and having to see it will be a big motivator!
Anyway, feel free to say hello!

Hello. Welcome back and hope you are able to find a process that works for you. Everyone is different, so while you may get a bunch of informaiton about "this is what works for me", it's all about finding what works for you. Try something and if you don't like it, or don't get the results you are looking for, then just change it up and try something else.
Best of luck to you.0
