Okay, I know there have been many threads on this. I have one specific question regarding p90X. I live on the thirdfloor of an apartment building, so I have people living below me.
Do I need to be concerned with a lot of jumping around and making a lot of noise? I am not THAT concerned about it, but am just curious about other peoples thoughts.
Also, feel free to share any pros and cons of using the p90x system!

Plyometrics does a lot of jumping Tony Horton tells you to land softly on the balls of your feet. If you can do that the noise should be minimal, if you land flat footed you will make a ton of noise. the program is great I competed it fully once and did 3 more rounds using the strength training days with my own cardio0
