Okay, I know there have been many threads on this. I have one specific question regarding p90X. I live on the thirdfloor of an apartment building, so I have people living below me.

Do I need to be concerned with a lot of jumping around and making a lot of noise? I am not THAT concerned about it, but am just curious about other peoples thoughts.

Also, feel free to share any pros and cons of using the p90x system!

I wouldnt worry about it, unless of course youre doing it during the night...:) There is plenty of jumping around during the plyo video, one of my favorites. Most of the others are jump free:) I enjoy the p90x video series a lot. Its perfect for my needs. I am enjoying seeing/feeling my body get stronger and my endurance building:) Have you started?

Thanks for the reply, no I haven't started yet. It's a bit pricey, but from what I hear, well worth it!

The only day that really has any jump training/plyometrics in it that could be noisy for your downstairs neighbor is Plyometrics day. Otherwise, crush play!
