Lack of sleep!

I try to work out twice a day but for the last month I just haven't been sleeping well. I fall asleep but can't seem to stay asleep. While I am eating well and staying active this is starting to effect my energy levels. I am looking for any suggestions on natural methods to help sleep. I really would prefer to not take medications such as Ambien or Lunesta. Suggestions?
