Hello! My biggest weakness are the sugary and salty/crispy foods! Any ideas and substitutes on NOT eating them. Any experience on how long it took for the cravings to go away? thank you! :drinker:

I started eating nuts in subsitute, air popped pocorn, or rice chips (60 calories for 8 of them, fairly low sodium and they fit into my macros).0

Agree with the popcorn. Also carrots (with ranch dressing). yumm0

I was craving sweets and salty, so I tried this, not sure if you'd like it!
Peanut butter on celery sprinkled with salt. was amazing0 -
Pineapple will usually satisfy my craving for sweets. I have never been a chips person but I do like honey wheat pretzels. And COFFEE! Coffee seems to satisfy my craving for chocolate.0

I like the Special K chips and Quaker Oats air popped mini rice cakes (Apple cinnamon and chocolate) and Quake Multigrain Crisps.0

Kale chips (very easy to make - just google a recipe) or apple chips0

I usually have a cup of green tea and if I still feel like i'm craving I will then have a low fat yoghurt or a bit of fruit0
