I'm 29 I've always being a larger woman. I have PCOS - Sugar problems with the ovaries. I've spent years trying to find the correct lifestyle change when it comes to eating and work-outs - Atkins, Ketos, low cal.. medicines.. etc.. I just want to do it all natural and change it up so I feel good and like a champ when I reach the goals I'm looking for.
I've been working out 3-4 times a week with steady activity on off days like brisk walking etc.. The work-outs consist of 45-55min cardio (10mins treadmill 45 elliptical) then 20+ mins on strength training..
Right now I'm working on the Clean Diet, and a routine work out but I'd like to mix it up a little I'm adding a home work out routine as well.
My weakest points will always been burning fat in the upper arms and stomach and now my back.. Any suggestions would be great.
I've been doing this alone for along time so I'm motivated to do my very best and trying to find support so I don't always talk myself out of continuing this.
