    Adobo is good on everything!

    Once I had some of the premade margarita mix and marinated the chicken in that, a couple of sliced jalapenos and some cumin. That was surprisingly tasty.

    I use this marinade and the chicken breast always come out moist. I typically marinate them for at least an hour.

    •3/4 cup olive oil
    •2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
    •2 teaspoon salt
    •1 teaspoon dried oregano
    •1 teaspoon dried basil
    •1 teaspoon onion powder
    •1 teaspoon garlic powder
    •1 teaspoon black

    Makes about a cup of marinade.
