That's great! I hope to complete one at towards the end of September in under 35 minutes and no walking breaks (my previous effort was just over 35 minutes, with several walking breaks).0

Wow!! Congrats and great work! 30 minute 5k is a personal goal of mine, but my I am currently at 30 mins for a 1.5 mile run/walk. Thanks for being an inspiration.0

Very well done.
I did my first a few weeks ago, under 24 minutes.
Was a bit of a shock as I had not run in months.0 -
Congratulations! I'm slowly working my way down to 30 minutes, hopefully by the en of the year.0

congratulation that brilliant work
i'm currently around the 32 minute mark, my goal is to get it under 30 then i'm going to start working up to 10k0 -
I remember those days.....
mine are those because my first goal was running 5k without walking - i did it in about 32 minutes and texted most everyone i knew!
then breaking 30 minutes was awesome too!
way to go - congrats!
i still pace around 29:30 to 30 for my normal runs
when I go to a race i'm in the low 28's - haven't broken 28 yet but that'll come!0 -
Amazing, Something for me to aim at. My best is 35:57 with a 200 m walking break.0

Thanks to your post, I refrained from Walking throughout the Park Run on Saturday, and did a 34:33.
Now to aim for 30 minutes by degrees.0 -
Thanks all - an update. That was last Tuesday. I usually run/bike TTS, and lift heavy MWF; That being said, I did another 5k under 30 on Thursday and another on Saturday. Think that will now just be my regular run0
