Small piece of chicken with lots of steamed veg?

You could jazz up the chicken with garlic and chili!

Grilled chicken/turkey with veg and/or salad, quinoa cooked in stock with veg (35g uncooked quinoa is roughly 150calories cooked), any lean meat or white fish (oily fish like salmon is higher in calories) with veg or salad, omelette, homemade turkey burgers - lean turkey mince with seasoning, form patties and grill (you normally add egg and breadcrumbs to burgers to bind but I don't feel it's necessary - works fine without).

There are lots of websites that give low cal meals.

2 cups of dry cheerios. Not spectacular, but if you are in a hurry, its fairly filling.

Greek yogurt with chia seeds and fresh fruit.

Depending on the yogurt calorie content, you might be able to add some granola too.

    It's a little breakfasty- but it's filling.

-1 Zucchini cut into noodles (I use a Veggetti from Bed Bath & Beyond)
-Mushrooms, green, red, and yellow peppers- I just chop them and use whatever looks like enough to compliment my zucchini
-1/4 cup Bertolli light alfredo sauce

It's about 165 calories depending on how much veggies you put into it. Can also add some chicken if you wanted some protein for about 100 calories more.

It's my new favorite dinner lately :)

    Hot dog, veggies, cottage cheese

Ball Park Bun Length Smoked White Turkey Frands: 45 calories
Birdseye Steam Fresh Mixed Vegetables, 2/3 cup: 60 calories
Publix fat-free cottage cheese, half a cup: 80 calories

You can even add ketchup or a little barbeque sauce and still be in the 200 limit.

And you'll be full when you're done. :)

3oz lean steak cut in strips, stirfried with half a head of cabbage. Use some low sodium broth to saute with instead of oil. I like to add some red pepper flakes and a bit of soy sauce, sometimes top with sesame seeds.

It's a LOT of food to eat, so you'll feel satiated for a while.

My lunch today was a little under 200, and I think it would be plenty satisfying for dinner.

1 Morningstar Prime Griller (veggie burger patty) chopped coarsely, on a bed of lettuce, carrots & cabbage, with tons of fresh basil and cilantro, and a tbsp. of Thai chili sauce as dressing.

    Broiled fish fillet and this

    http://food52.com/recipes/7533-suspiciously-delicious-cabbage

The cabbage is SO rich you would think it has 800 calories.

The only substitution I did was replacing cream with same amount of skim milk + 1 tsp of cornstarch for every 1/4 cup of milk. Just mix them together, they may not thicken right away but as soon as you add them to the cabbage the magic happens and you get this gravy-like rich coating on caramelized cabbage.

Don't replace the butter because that's what makes the recipe.

You may want to go a bit lighter on the ginger and slightly increase the milk. If your fish is low fat like tilapia it's 100 calories for a 3 oz fillet with all the bells and whistles, and if you go for 1/6 of this recipe it's around a 100 calories too. If you don't use too much oil preparing the fish you may even have room for a cup or two of green salad.
