I'm hopeful because I saw someones post: This will be the last time I will lose weight. I never really thought about that before ,I always thought of the up hill battle that would lead to a bslippery backslide down the other side.Just to have to start.again. There has nt been much success lately, with my self image and weightloss.


But I'm starting this journey, because of that staement.

I'm thinkingalong those lines now. Hoping to find others that will encourage and support my efforts as well as for me to reach out to them : :wink:

    Hey go right ahead just return it when I need encouraged LOL. How long have you been on this desicion to be lighter in weight? I've just started. Great to see that you took the time to write . :smile:
