That much weight in that little time may be doable, but not unless you're morbidly obese to begin with. I speak from experience and unless you have 100-150 lbs to lose, be reasonable and work towards a realustic goal.0

It's doable if you're rather overweight but if you're close to goal and don't have much fat left that'd be pretty hard to do without losing lean muscle mass.
To lose around a kg a week, you'd need a 7000 calorie weekly deficit (or 1000 calories a day) - whether that's food, exercise or both ( but you can't outrun a bad diet, so there's that).
May also want to look into strength training. May not burn calories like cardio but as you get fitter you'll most likely lose some inches and look smaller whether you weigh less or not.0
