I got the idea in my head that I was going to lose weight back in March. I dragged my husband to the gym, we signed up and started going religiously - 4 - 5 times a week. By September, I had not lost a pound. I was in much better shape, but still not great. So in September I started here and in 3 months I have lost 17 pounds. I have kept up the exercise and the changes in my diet have meant that I can actually keep up in exercise classes. Just by cutting back my calories, I would not be in great shape. Just by adding exercise, I would still be obese. By doing both, I am in the best shape of my life and looking much hotter!0
