Intermittent Fasting AT Night Is So Much Easier

Hey everyone,
So, I'm 10 pounds of Fat away and 12 Pounds Of Muscle Needed, from getting the body that I want.

My weight had stalled out a little, so, I went back to my form of intermittent fasting, which is to stop eating 12 to 16 hours from Breakfast. I find this so much easier than skipping an actual meal. And I add a morning workout in fasted state. In the two weeks that I've been doing this, I dropped an inch and a half off of my love handles, after they had been stagnant for the last month. I've had greater energy in my cardio workouts, and at night my weight lifting workouts, which I do before my supper, have been astounding.

Just something to consider

    Yep I love it.

ETA: that intermittent fasting can be an eating window everyday, or fasting a few days out of the week. You can do either and it's considered IF

For example: an eating window of 6 hours and 18 hours of fasting
-eating from 12pm-6pm; fasting the rest of the time. This is called 18/6

    OR

eating @ maintenance/TDEE for 5 days of the week, and fasting (eating on 20% of maintenance calories/TDEE) two days a week. This is called 5:2

I might give this a try I tried something similar but I had to skip breakfast and by the time lunch had rolled around it was more like 18-20 hours and I was starving maybe trying it this way where I still get breakfast might work better.
