Emotional Eating

So a few days ago, I had a falling out with a friend. It was rather traumatic for me because I didn't really see it coming. I still don't fully understand what I've done that offended him so much to the point where he has completely cut me out of his life and stopped all interactions with me. I still feel awfully hurt about the whole thing and miss him terribly (even though now I've realized that he was kind of an *kitten* lol). As a result, I've been overeating and going way off my diet. It's developing into a vicious cycle since I would eat more out of guilt of overeating (does that make sense?).

I need help!!!

It makes sense, and we all do it at some point. BUT - think about what it implies. It means that you are letting that *kitten* control your life. Due to his bad behaviour, you are suffering. And what is the effect on him, absolutely none. Don't indulge in guilt and self doubt. You did not do anything, it was his problem and his loss. The best thing you can do is move on, and don't let this ruin your life.

In all likelihood the reason your 'friend' fell out with you is because he is in fact JUST a friend. He wants more and you're not taking the hint. Hence him acting like a child.

Just keep in mind that your goals aren't worth ruining for someone who isn't considerate enough to care how you feel.

Thank you guys so much! Now that I think of it, I'm pretty sure that he did want something from me besides friendship. >:0
I guess now I should get back on my exercise regimen to release some endorphins.
