    Not sure what you're looking for it to do. It's a source of more healthy fats and can help improve your good cholesterol. Luckily, it doesn't taste bad either so it's good in various things, even black coffee.

    Moderation moderation moderation. And that goes for everything in life. You are so right. I know someone (who is obese) who takes tablespoons of the stuff daily....straight up mind you. Two ways to lose weight. Calories in to calories burned ratio and exercise, shake your booty and get up off that couch!!
