Hello, Does anyone have a good but low sodium chicken and noodle recipe, that's quick. The recipe i have the sodium is like 1300 crazy!!!

    Maybe you could post the recipe that you have and we could help you tweak the sodium out of it.

    Well I just typed in the recipe and I don't like veg. in my chicken noodle soup so that cut out most the sodium.

    Depending on the base...whether it's broth or cream based...will make the biggest difference in the sodium level. There are low\no sodium versions of both.

    Ya and I think when they do the recipes they do not do the lower sodium and I do. That's a huge difference from non to lower!
