I just read about this book, and it got really good reviews on Amazon. Just wondering if anyone has any practical experience with this bodyweight training program, and could offer some suggestions. Thanks!!

Its a good book and certainly worth the read. There is some debate about the progressions being the most logical. Sometimes altering them can work better for some people. Is it the best resource, no. Is it a good one, yes. I'm not sure if a "best" single resource exists. A couple other titles you may be interested on are "raising the bar" & "pushing your limits" by Al Kavadlo.0

I'm currently working through the program and am enjoying both the structure and the results.
As Rybo mentioned, the progressions can be a little funky, but enough people have done the program that variations and tips for making it work abound.
