Looking for friends and a little help.

Hi! I'm Crystal and I'm trying desperately to lose weight. Of course I want to look better, but I'm trying to FEEL better mostly. I'm trying to eat cleaner (I still LOVE cheese and yogurt, sorry), but it's hard balancing my calories with the fat and sodium intake. I'd love for this to be a permanent way of eating in my life, so I"m looking for any feedback.

My diary is open to the public. I am hoping someone would be willing to give me advice on how to reach my calorie goal (I'm usually at least 300 calories short) without going over my fat and sodium maximum.

I rarely meet my protein and fiber goals as well. I just bought flaxseed powder and I plan on using that in my smoothies every day for fiber, but I"m unsure of what protein powder to use to get more protein. I have an egg intolerance so that is out of the question.

You can definitely add me and give me ANY pointers. Thank you all so very much!

    Welcome to MFP :) I'm not the most experienced here so hopefully somebody with more knowledge can advise you but I wanted to say, I really get where you are coming from with wanting to FEEL better - me too! x
