    wow you are doing such a good job. i also took before pictures, and even after a month i can see the change even with mo actual weight loss just muscle and toning but im planning to do more pictures on my 3 months.]

    These are excellent progress pics! I'm at about 3 months also, and these make me wish I had started to photograph back then. You've inspired me to start now though. Your improvements are very clear! Definitely midsection, back, and even the edge of the bust! The last part is a nice bonus inspiration- I'd love for these girls to shrink up at least a little :)
